Bertille Auvray is an International project manager with a strong focus on digital innovation, user engagement, and territorial development. She has collaborated extensively various actors to design and implement collaborative projects funded through European instruments, notably under the Horizon and Interreg programmes.
Bertille is the founder and current director of Co InitiumLab, a consultancy specialising in co-creation methodologies, Living Lab approaches, and capacity-building for innovation ecosystems. She also manages the Normandy Living Lab, a regional intelligence hub that brings together public and private actors to support Normandy’s innovation strategies and territorial transformation.
Previously, she served as Projects manager at Pôle TES (Secure Electronic Transactions Cluster) in Normandy, where she led several European and cross-border initiatives, particularly in the fields of digital technologies, public administration, agriculture, tourism, and health.
Bertille holds a Master’s degree in European Project Management for Local Development from the University of Caen, France.
