Rosa Maria Resende De Almeida 

Gerontologist with MSc degrees in Third Generation Therapies and Gerontology – Project management and HR, Rosa has a strong foundation in applying technological solutions to psychological treatment and well-being. She currently serves as the Service Manager of European Projects at INTRAS Foundation and Participatory Design Manager at INTRAS-MindLab, where she has successfully managed over 15 national and EU projects focused on health, well-being, and integrated care, utilising participatory and co-creation methods.

Since 2012, Rosa has been coordinating Living Lab services at MindLab, promoting community-involved research and ensuring impactful innovation. She has made significant contributions to the Regional (Castilla y León) Quadruple Helix Cluster on Innovation for Independent Living, celebrated for its achievements. Additionally, she is part of the team coordinating the cross-border initiative Integr@tención, recognised as a 4-star Reference Site by the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing.

Rosa’s engagement with the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) started in 2014, actively participating in various working groups. She was also a member of the ENoLL Committee at the Science Summit of the 77 United Nations General Assembly, underscoring the impact of Living Labs on sustainable and digital transitions.

Committed to fostering open innovation and public-private-people partnerships, Rosa aims to leverage her experience to enhance the visibility of Living Labs and support their role in addressing social challenges, promoting innovation, and facilitating international collaborations. She is eager to support ENoLL’s mission of setting benchmarks for excellence and innovation, aligned with its strategic framework.
