Sheila has over 10 years of experience in international cooperation and emergency aid, operating in different countries and conflict zones in Sub-Saharan Africa, Central America, Middle East and Western Europe.
After some years working as a project manager, and after pursuing a master’s degree in management of nonprofit organizations at Bocconi School of Management in Milan, she specialized in HR, administrative and financial fields, working with funding from the main international and national cooperation agencies, as well as EuropeAid, ECHO, and funds from private charities.
Back to Italy, she gained more experience with projects funded by private foundations and by the European Commission (Horizon 2020).
