Water and Oceans

Water is the driving force of all life on earth, an essential resource for people and nature. 

According to the United Nations, water is at the core of sustainable development and is critical for socio-economic development, energy and food production, healthy ecosystems and for human survival itself. Water is also at the heart of adaptation to climate change, serving as the crucial link between society and the environment.

The Mission Restore our Ocean and Waters from the European Commission aims to protect and restore the health of our ocean and waters through research and innovation, citizen engagement and blue investments.

The ENoLL Water & Oceans Working Group has been established to foster knowledge exchange between and to provide networking opportunities for all Living Labs and organisations involved in water and oceans.
