Description of Concept

From its exhaustive experience and regional implementation processes, ADISMONTA has put into practice the participative and ascending approach which has resulted in the participative formulation of Programa Comarcal de Desarrollo Rural (Rural Development Regional Program) (www.adismonta.com/especiales/pdradismonta/principal.htm). Among its main peculiarities, it is worth highlighting its leadership in local terms concerning the use of New Technologies and the establishment of internal and external communication processes both in print and digital methods. In the aforesaid LEADER approach, where an innovation scene promoted by an organisation public- private is involved, management, society and company are present, and its key factor is the participation of beneficiary groups. Community participation, network building and continuous generation of open innovation scenes are proven to be essential for this type of partnerships.
